12-Month Limited Warranty

At Power Panda, we stand behind the quality of our mechanical watches.

All watches purchased directly from our official online store come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, materials, and workmanship that affect the normal operation of the watch.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches and strap wear.

Accidental damage, drops, or improper use.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Water damage resulting from improper use or exceeding the watch's stated water-resistance limits.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Warranty Service

If you experience any issues with your watch, please contact us at info@powerpandawatch.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Photos or a short video may be helpful.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate repair or replacement at no charge for the covered work.

Please contact us before returning your watch. We will provide further instructions, including shipping arrangements.

Your Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
